My highly trained Service technicians use the latest technology to monitor machine performance, carry out diagnostics and control spare parts logistics.
 
All my Service technicians, whether out in the field, at your dealer or on my dedicated customer helplines, are fully trained on STEYR products. It’s their specialist knowledge of STEYR equipment that gives them a unique advantage, ensuring quick and efficient solutions to get you going again.
 
If necessary, a STEYR Service technician can come to you with a fully equipped STEYR Service van. These vehicles carry the latest electronic diagnostic tools EST/DATAR/eTIM to ensure correct and efficient maintenance with up to the minute online information.
 
They use first time fix kits to deal with issues and - in case a spare part is needed - are able to order it on the spot minimising your downtime. It‘s like bringing the entire STEYR team to your field.
