Three-speed PTO for maximum flexibility

The STEYR Kompakt is available with 2 ranges of PTO speeds: 540/540E/1000 and 430/540/540E. All versions are available with ground speed control and on-board speed selection.

Front linkage and PTO for ultimate productivity
The front PTO shaft is recessed into the axle block so implements can be mounted extremely close to the front end of the tractor, improving the overall centre of gravity. The front hitch can be mounted on the chassis or front axle and can be operated from the front end of the tractor using pushbuttons. An excellent power to weight ratio makes the STEYR Kompakt ideal for bringing in the daily forage using a front-mounted mower and self-loading wagon combination for example.

Axle-mounted front hitch
STEYR axle-mounted hydraulics have been developed for front mounted implements requiring especially accurate ground hugging. The lower links and lifting cylinder are fitted direct to the front axle.
