Each tractor in the CVT range is a masterpiece of Austrian engineering. From the luxury features of the cab through to the high performance of the key components, each detail has been implemented using the optimum technological solution reaped from 50 years of experience in the field.

power
Every STEYR CVT tractor is powered by a 6.6 litre turbocharged,
intercooled, low-emission (tier III compliant) common rail diesel engine. All
models feature electronically controlled continuously variable hydro-mechanical
transmission, including creeper speeds. The four speed rear PTO is standard,
and all five tractors in the range can be supplied with a front PTO. The hydraulic
system features a high capacity hitch and automatic ride control to prevent
implements oscillating while travelling at high speed. Automatic 4WD and
differential lock are standard equipment, and there is a choice of front axles,
including a suspended front axle and disc brakes for additional safety when
hauling heavy loads on the road.

Attention to detail is apparent throughout the new CVT series,
especially inside the suspended luxury STEYR cab. Despite having excellent allround
vision, there are several features that will instantly grab your attention.
There is the hi-tech instrument panel with performance monitor integrated into
the right-hand "A" post, the central working light panel with memory functions
and a joystick for adjusting the telescopic mirrors (if fitted). There is also air
conditioning, an integrated cooling box*, a fully adjustable luxury seat with
lumbar support, an adjustable steering column to ensure a stress-free working
shift. And, with comfort in mind, we've installed a mobile phone holder* and
hands-free speaker system so you can keep in touch without having to interrupt
your work.

The operator controls are arranged logically and ergonomically,
integrated into the right-hand armrest and right-hand control panel. Providing
fully programmable functions such as headland management, remote valve
sequencing and engine speed management, plus electronic cruise control and
automatic four wheel drive and differential lock systems puts the driver in
complete control.
